Karen of Strawberry Lane was terrible all around. She only showed us one house that was not listed by her, she consistently showed up 20 minutes late for showings, would stay for 15 minutes, rushing us through the property, and have to leave for another showing somewhere else. She surprised us a couple times with other people being present for showings at homes without asking us if this was okay, and worst of all, she lied to us on multiple occasions about items or systems that she claimed were in houses that were not. Her tone was dismissive and disrespectful. Overall, we had a terrible experience with her and ended up using another realtor.

They charged me 6% of $107000. They have a real estate agent, Karen Walsh, who does a great job. She found us a property that we were looking for and made it happen. She basically dropped everything to deal with our schedule as opposed to us trying to find something for her schedule.
