Home Building
We work with Mr. Lima who would come out for a day and we would not see him for a week at a time. His work was not consistent, some times it would be good other times he make mistakes on simple projects. He would demand money every week and only work once a week, hardly making any project. We would give him money which he would immediately take and we would not see him for awhile. He left our house a mess, there was saw dust everywhere. Trash and food were left around our house. He disappeared after we asked for lien waivers and to complete the work that we paid for. He stated that he wouldn't be back until he saw more money. We live in New Hampshire and we have no legal recourse we can take and we feel that he is taking advantage of that.
