BT Painting and Roofing

Completed job quickly over two days; exactly what was needed. Process however was messy. Contractor did not protect shrubbery along edge of roof. Final roof is fine but I may need to have him come back to address a few concerns about shingles not laying flat.

He came the same day I called and made a patch on the roof.At the same time he said because of it's age (31 years) I probably need a new roof.He took all the necessary measurements and said he would get back to me with an estimate.I have tried to call him several times as at first the patch didn't work though I don't seem to have any leaks now.I have left at least two or three messages but it has been almost three months and I have not heard from him.I consider this highly unprofessional.

The roof looks wonderful and the painting will take place in early spring.

Brett did a great job installing a new roof on our house. He was responsive, and very clear about the estimate and what would be involved, and his price was reasonable. He was knowledgeable and provided good advice. His work crew was professional, and they cleaned up everything after they were done. Overall the experience with Brett was very positive and we would definitely recommend him.

We bought a 1930's lakeside camp that needed work inside and out.  We had replaced about 20 per cent of the wood on the exterior and the other 80 per cent needed to be cleaned and scraped.  Brett also primed the entire house before painting.  He also reglazed the windows and primed and painted the trim.
Brett did a very professional job.  He is personable, prompt and his work is of the highest quality.  He went above and beyond what was expected of him, maintained a clean and safe job site and was helpful with advice and assistance.  His work was completed on time and on budget.  We would definitely use him again.  One example of his thoughtfulness:  He removed the individual house numbers, cleaned them, painted them black and reinstalled them on the house without our asking.  This is typical of the things he does, and he does it with a great attitude.

Brett works with James Ogden of Ogden Construction. He  is very professional, knowledgeable, and totally compatible with James' pursuit of excellent job performance.
