Our whole experience with Rob was fantastic, he exceeded our expectations.
He told us exactly what to expect each step of the way and then delivered according to plan. He called regularly to provide updates since we weren't at the house most of the time. Half way through the job we thought we may not have enough wood, and he took it upon himself to source similar flooring and offered to get more if it was needed. We also couldn?t make up our minds about the finish, and he was very patient in helping us make the decision, including providing samples of different finishes.
Rob is a meticulous and efficient artisan, it was a completely worry-free and pleasant experience working with him. I would highly recommend him for flooring installations, he said he does refinishing jobs too.
