They had a telephone office in Nashua where I could call if I had anything to be done. I believe that their main office was in Brooklyn. They basically examined my old furnace as I was having various problems with it. I thought that it did not make sense to hang on to it with that many defects. I decided to take that off and put a new one which they did. They took everything out and put in a new one in a day. They were available while a lot of the gas companies in the area were not taking calls unless you bought something from them. For example, you had to be one of their oil customers if you had an oil burner to get them out on the service calls. They were the only ones that came out. They wanted me to purchase soffits from them for the pre-filtration of the furnace which did not cost much. They were good. They were willing to show me as to what it was that concerned them and things like that.

The sales rep was good and said that we could have the air conditioner installed at the side of our house vs. next to our deck where it would loud. But when the installers came out they insisted on putting it next to our deck. My husband was mad, but went ahead with it. Then while they were installing it, there was an explosion and a fire was started on the 2x4s of the ceiling in the basement. We had light colored carpeting installed. While they put the fire out with out much damage there was a black soot that covered the basement carpeting. Weatherwise was very rude and refused to clean it up. They also did not do basic clean up after the job was completed. They turned it over to their insurance company who offered a measily $60.00 for clean up. My husband had to take the day off of work to clean up the mess they created. The office manager or person answering the phone was extremely rude and downright mean. Not a company I would deal with again!
