Drew and Zak were awesome!! The price for my heating and tank-less water system was well within the range I expected to pay if not less, but the service far exceeded my expectations. They were knowledgeable, professional, funny, personable and all around great guys. You get an instant liking to them. They completed the installations in the time they stated too and didn't have any issues. i have 5 dogs and they were excellent with them too. If I told them I needed to let them out for a bit, they would make sure the fence was closed and go up and down the stairs to get outside. They always took a minute to pet one or all 5 dogs when they went by too. One of our pups has issues with strangers and even she let him give her a treat. To me that says a lot about them. I expect a lot for service I pay for and Northern Climate lived up to and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to everyone and anyone. Hoping that I can talk them in to replacing my daughters heating system in Rochester, NH. Not sure they go that far, but hoping they will. Thanks guys, Mrs. Casandra King

Drew and Zack analyzed my previously inadequate home heating and cooling system and recommended and replaced my furnace, central ac, and condenser coil units with a high quality Amana system with excellent warranty including lifetime on the heat exchanger and compressor. The new system works great and cools my house beautifully. The price was very good. They are very professional, knowledgeable, truthful, and take pride in their work. We had many companies come over for a quote and the gentlemen from Northern Climate were the only ones that actually talked to both my husband and I. Many of the other companies ignored me and only talked to my husband. They were respectful, professional and personalable. They are a diamond in the rough.
