At end of lease, before 24 month warranty was over, I took car into have Grappone Toyota check it out. I knew of problem with trunk release and interior compartment latch,
They did all work on warranty. Ordered parts. Called and installed parts. At end of lease car was in almost new condidtion. I bought the car from Toyota rather than turn it into Grappone.

Had appointment - work was performed promptly while I waited in the very comfortable waiting area with my dog. Repair done with no hassles

Fast and efficient

We shopped a 4 different dealers. I checked with my credit union and they gave me a price to shoot for. Grappone met the price and were very pleasant to deal with. No high pressure sales or gimmicks. They did push h****** an extended warren tee, maintenance agreement and special coatings but quite when I told them no deal.
Two of the other dealers were will to meet our price. Grappone offered 40K miles of additional warrenty, free inspection and tire rotation for the life of the car, free routine maintenance for 25K miles and 0% financing from Toyota. I was skeptical but it truly is 0%.
One other dealer offered the this but not the other services.
