 + -1 moreKen Bolland was quite responsive to our needs and came up with a plan that suited us. The time factor was extended by a variety of circumstances, some of which we were responsible for, some the result of suppliers unable to fulfill orders in a timely fashion, and some the result of a too busy contractor. All in all, we were satisfied with the final results.
