A vent cut-out in the attic was simply shingle over, with no attempts made to replace the wooden decking. The exterior shingles are visible through the hold, and there is now mold and mildew in the attic. The gutter over the front door of the house does not catch the run-off from the roof, allowing water to pass between the gutter and the roof, rendering the front entrance unusable as soon as it's cold enough to freeze. The gutters are the back of the house show signs of being slashed. The drains themselves terminate within one foot of the house, allowing the water to enter the ground again and quickly enter the cellar. The front door is not plumb, allowing water to enter both at the top and bottom of the door. The new subfloor in the refurbished entry has surface rot. The lock that came with the door was obviously used, the as the keys had the name of the local of the hardware store on them. All work was performed with Top Notch Builders of Gorham, New Hampshire. The two business owners are family members.
Description of Work: New architectural grade shingles were placed over the original shingles. New gutters were placed over the front door and along the rear of the house. A new entry door was placed, and the front entry way was refurbished to accommodate the door.
