 + -1 moreTerrible terible terible is the only word that comes to mind, phone calls were never returned and the work was never completed. If required i can provide proof of the failed code enforcement and the paper work for small claims court.
Description of Work: Very poor workmanship, rebuilt 3 floor porches did not pass the building code and failed by the code enforcement officer of Berlin NH. Was led to believe that the flooring used was for outdoor use, but it was not, it was 50 year particle board only to be used as underlayment and not as flooring, after 11 months floors are starting to swell and delaminate as particle board does when exposed to weather, Railings and stairs not built to code, and a number of other issues not met according to contract. Would never ever recommend this contractor to anybody. This issue is being persued in small claims court.
