Prior to the installation the company owner and service writer reviewed the placement of the system at my house and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. On the day of the service the installers came out on time and completed all work as required by the manufacturer and thoroughly cleaned up after them. During the installation, the electrical subcontractor accidentally did some damage ,and the company covered all damages in a timely manner and without hesitation. The installers understood what went wrong and handled the issue in a mature and responsible manner. The way we react to unexpected issues reflects on our character, and Home Energy Products did fine. During the summer months the air conditioning has worked as advertised and I'm looking forward to a similar outcome as heat is needed.

They were very good. I purchased the units from them and they were very informative and helpful. The techs that came out were very courteous; they even put booties on their shoes. I thought I had a problem and called them and they came right back out. I have recommended them to my family and friends.
