Rick had to exit the plow and scrape the compacted snow from my entire driveway as his plow wasn't able to get under the hardened snow. I was afraid that he might abandon the project when his plow wasn't effective but he kept tackling the project until he could use the plow. Very impressive!

I have a diffcult driveway to plow, but Rick Morgan said he could do it. Unfortunately for us, he sent a worker, Jeff, who ruined a considerable amount of our landscape. After two plowings, I complained to Rick via text. Rick came himself to plow the next time and did a good job. I thought we were all set, but then Jeff showed up the next time and did even more damage. Jeff rearchitected my driveway. I have juniper bushes torn out, deep gouges in the soil around the driveway and huge piles of dirt that will have to be cleared. I finally had to notify Rick that he (they) were fired.

On time. Considering the snow event was still going on they asked if I needed to leave the house immediately or could it wait. Nice for them to ask and be flexible if needed. Waiting made more sense.

We had heard horrible stories about people waiting for weeks to get snow removal from their roofs done and the prices were phenomenal. Once I submitted my request, we received a call within an hour and the work was done the next day at a very reasonable price. I was very pleased with their service. We are now considering using them for a home improvement project.
