Heritage on the Merrimack apartment homes is located on 27 acres of heavily wooded, lushly landscaped terrain bordered by the Merrimack River which gives some apartment homes a river or wooded view. The property boasts a resort style pool with sundeck, tennis court, basketball court, 24-hour fitness center and a 4,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art clubhouse with a business center, media center and wireless internet. The clubhouse can also be reserved for private social gatherings. Apartment homes include gas heat, central air, 9’ ceilings, full sized washer and dryer as well as a private patio/balcony with storage unit. All top floor units also include gas fireplaces. Kitchens are equipped with modern appliances including dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator with ice maker.
