Excllent! Work started and ended on time; professionals all, they showed up when scheduled; worked on what was needed; cleaned up completely every evening; gave advice on the down-draft system which my husband installed at his request; totally knowledgeable about what they were doing. The tear-out took one day and was cleaned up before they left. Kim Lyons did an excellent job of designing the workable new kitchen with my requests incorporated and her suggestions offered. Used just about all her suggestions (pull-out drawers instead of cabinets, extra electrical outlet, hidden waste baskets, cabinetry to the ceiling instead of a "display" area on top for "stuff".
