Appliance Repair
I was sent to GE by another repair company. The GE person was nice--did some very minor troubleshooting very quickly and suggested a fix (involving turning off the refrigerator for a period). This did not fix the refrigerator but the repair person had given me his phone number and did text and call back and forth about what else it might be. They say the call out fee is $99 but it was quote a bit more than that because just talking to me had a cost of another $50 or $60. I felt there could have been more troubleshooting but repair people don't like this generation of refrigerators and I think are all into having them replaced (my ultimate decision).

Excellent quick work, also replaced motherboard for freezer control and sold me 3 water filler cartridges at a good discount. the mother board replacement solved a problem with noiise that has been with the freezer fpr 6 + years
