"ON APRIL 27, 2004 CULLIGAN OF NEW HAMPSHIRE ENTERED INTO A CONTRACT (#8664) WITH THIS MEMBER FOR A CULLIGAN GOLD SERIES METERED WATER SOFTENER FOR A TOTAL INSTALLED COST OF 1,769.00 DOLLARS. THIS CONTRACT WAS SIGNED 10 DAYS PRIOR TO THE INSTALLATION DATE. THE 2,500.00 ESTIMATE POSTED HERE ON ANGIE'S LIST IS NOT FACTUAL. IT IS 41% HIGHER THAN THE ACTUAL TOTAL AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SYSTEM. ON 6/23/04, 7 WEEKS AFTER THE INSTALLATION, THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE DID AN ON-SITE FOLLOW UP AND WATER TEST FOR THE THE MEMBER (INCLUDED AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE). OUR FOLLOW UP REPORT WHICH WAS FILLED OUT AND SIGNED BY RENEE ASKS SIX SPECIFIC QUESTIONS ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS EXPERIENCE AND SATISFACTION WITH THEIR PURCHASE AND THE SYSTEM INSTALLATION AND PERFORMANCE. ONE QUESTION ASKS "DO YOU FEEL YOU MADE A WISE INVESTMENT?" TO WHICH RENEE'S ANSWER WAS "YES". ANOTHER QUESTION ASKS "IN YOUR OPINION, IS THERE ANYTHING WE COULD HAVE DONE BETTER?" HER ANSWER WAS "NO" FOLLOWED BY THE COMMENT "GREAT SERVICE!" ALL OTHER QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED POSITIVELY AS WELL.
