Very easy to work with and helped us understand more about the process and our options four our 27 windows. There really is a lot more to it than I thought.  He showed us a number of options and they patiently explained what each meant.  He also has an amazing knowledge of custom window solutions.
He came back and installed the blinds and they are fanatstic and have added value to our home. 
We get many compliments.
