None of it was charged because ultimately that stuff that he was fixing was all about leaks that kept happening through the house. Over an 8-year period, he kept having to fix multiple areas of problems in the house that were leaking. He did fix it under warranty even though the warranty was expired. He kept trying to fix things, but he was not able to fix the chimney and he wanted to do something that we felt was not going to be up to par with the chimney and it was falling apart, and so we went to court over it. He should be more careful about their subcontractors and he should have been supervising the work more carefully since he is a general contractor.
