Bedford Tree Services LLC

We called Bedford Tree Service as the wind over the weekend had split a tree in half at our home.  We decided to be proactive and work with the company to remove 10+ trees on the property that had a potential to damage the home if they were to fall.  One of the trees we decided to remove was adjacent to our attached garage, which has 2 rooms above it..  Although there is a long driveway and large yard in front of the house, the company pulled the tree in the direction of our home while bringing it down and hit our home with the tree.  This caused damage to our roof structure, shingles, gutter and also garage door.  This issue took over 3 months to resolve with many hours spent speaking with insurance companies and contractors.
As I did not request that any trees be dropped on my home, I do not believe that services were completed as we had discussed.  Despite this, the company was unwilling to adjust the price that had been quoted.

There was some delay getting started because of the large amount of work being done locally due to the storm.  Once they began work things went really fast.  Bedford estimated three days to finish and that is exactly how long it took.  Extra work was done at no additional charge.  All of the trees were removed including the branches and chips.  They cleaned up everything afterward.  The workers were friendly and courteous.  I'll have them back in the spring to do some stump grinding.

Overall, the experience was good. They hauled everything away, I didn’t have a mess. Somehow they managed to break my wire for the invisible fence system, but they did repair it. They did the job quickly. I’m happy with their services.

They did a great job. They were able to completely remove the stump and roots of the tree. Their price was the cheapest bid, and they provided the most service. Overall it was a really good experience.
