Flooring
I hired Tony Harris to install laminate floors and paid the 50% deposit as he requested. He cancelled several times so I finally had to hire someone else to get the project done by the deadline. Five months later now and Tony still has not refunded my deposit, though I have communicated with him several times about it. He says he doesn't have the money. NH doesn't require contractor's licensing, so there is no consumer protection.
