As luck would have it, Generator Connection is about 5 miles from my home so I stopped by with a notebook FULL of questions. I was treated respectfully and courteously from the moment I entered the store. Every question was answered honestly and thoroughly and after some follow-up discussion at home with my wife, we decided to go ahead with our purchase. Things happened quickly; thorough explanations of the whole process, the property survey to determine the best location of the generator, the prompt appearance of my 14K generator on my property, the initial prep work for the installation including the digging for the propane connection in about 8" of snow and on and on. They coordinated beautifully with our propane provider. The final installation and start-up happened quickly. I am exceedingly pleased with everyone who had a part in selling and installing our generator and, since we are "seniors" and have some moderate medical issues that require us to have a reliable source of electricity, we feel assured that we will have power when there is an outage. We are exceedingly comfortable and confident in our decision and are very pleased with The Generator Connection.
