My husband and I work from home so we have plenty of opportunity to make it dirty. It is a well utilized home, where every room is lived in daily. We are also very pet friendly, living with 3 dogs and 2 cats. We are very busy professionals so like to spend our weekends doing fun activities. We contacted Meta with Buckets and Brooms about cleaning our home every two weeks. She is amazing. She cleans right down to wiping down the door handles. More specifically, prior to installing a water filter, our showers were orange with the hard well water. Once installed, Meta then went to work (without asking) removing all the orange stains in our bathrooms. We also have a flat top range which is impossible to keep clean. Meta has removed all water/stains from the range. If one product doesn't work, she researches and finds another product to try and most if not all her products are very organic. She does extensive research so she is sure she is using product that is safe for your home and for your pets. The research and different products she will try out is at no extra cost to the home owner. Very recently, one of my dogs went into renal failure and was having accidents throughout the house. It was extremely difficult to keep things clean. Without me having to ask, Meta began cleaning my hardwood floors in a way that removed any residue of my elderly dog and was able to freshen my home in a way I never thought possible. I could go on and on, but these are just a few very specific examples of how Meta works. She is friendly, professional and takes pride in the work she does and goes way beyond even what is expected. She treats my home like it is her home. And for anyone with pets, she is very pet friendly.

I purchased a home that was previously owned by a bachelor, his kids, and dog. I wanted the house spotless when I moved in, so I hired Meta to do a "deep clean". I am so happy with the results! The house just sparkles and smells great. Meta is a pleasure to work with and she got into all the nooks and crannies. I would absolutely use her again (and plan on it!) The house is a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home with hardwood floors in part of it. Meta cleaned the bathrooms, kitchen appliances (inside and out), a ton of cabinets, and the floors. She was there all day. Beyond expectations. Use her. You wont' be sorry.

It's gone great so far. My early 20's college student son lives there with a friend. I was constantly after them to clean - to keep the living space from looking (and smelling!) like a dorm. Buckets and Brooms goes in every other week to vacuum, wash floors, scrub toilets, etc. I particularly like that they use only natural cleaning products and that the place gleams and smells great when they're done. They show up when they say they're going to, are very efficient cleaners, and are always pleasant if my son or my tenant happens to come home while they're cleaning. I have no complaints - it's made my life much easier, well worth the expense.

You can see the extra effort put into making it even better than just right! More than willing to allow me to customize my cleaning to best meet my needs and special cleaning requests.
