"I am sorry this customer responded with such negative feed back! he was signed on for a 1 year maintenance contract and lost his job in july of 2012 at that point we had allowed him to fall behind on his monthly fees for a period of three months, and agrred to work this out with him. he chose to continue using our services but did not make any effort to pay. we ended contract in october with Ballance still owed to A.R.T.T. at this point we where going to write off his ballnce as a loss, but after receiving this negative review we will move forward with the collection process..............thank you for helping us decide!"
