+ -1 moreKathy was fantastic. She knew special tricks which I would never have thought of, and was able to get pet stains out of my carpet and have things looking better than new! She is extremely friendly and easy to get along with - I had no trouble telling her exactly what needed to be done and seeing instant results. She was also perfectly happy to work on just what I needed and not charge a fee for an entire or comprehensive cleaning. She was referred to me, and since her "newest" client has used her for 7 years, I'd have to say I was not at all hesitant to call on her. She is also chemical conscious, which I appreciate due to having sensitivities.
Description of Work: I had some tough stains in my house that I needed work on. I didn't want a whole house cleaning (although it could probably use it), just some specific areas.
