Just to clarify, the category I selected is incorrect, Randy is a Land Surveyor but that was not an option to choose however I had to choose a category in order to continue. We needed our property surveyed in order to have a better understanding as to if we could legally take on a few home reno projects. The survey was not straight forward and Randy had to do some digging in order to locate all of the info he needed to get the job done. He communicated well throughout the process and was on property when he said he would be completing the job in a timely manner. He was friendly and professional and I would recommend him to others.

I had to get an "elevation certificate" for flood insurance. A new law that just took effect by Feds, on October 1, 2013. Randy was extremely helpful "really" explaining all of it to me on the phone. My schedule was pressing and Randy was able to accommodate me on getting the certificate. He showed up and was very professional and courteous. Randy's cost was very good and he got the certificate to me quicker than I thought. I will be using him in the future to do my lot surveying, and would recommend him to anybody that wants fast, honest and fair service.
