After 13 months the roof leaked and they stated I was out of warranty. I had to have replaced it at my own expense. I took them to court. After another year, the roof leaked again because he added on sunrooms that were not insulated properly causing dams in the roof. I now have mold and no one that has inspected the problem knows how to solve it. After about three years the kitchen counters began to buckle and pulled away from the wall. It did this slowly, so I did not see. Slowly over time it bowed out enough that we noticed. Eventually we had to replace the countertops at a cost of $10,000. I have made a total of 25,000 in repairs.
