John James was great! John came out , listened to what we wanted offered a few suggestions. It was over a month later when we were finally ready to have the work done and he was able to come out with a couple of days notice .He demolished the out building , graded and re-sloped our land laid down some fill. He gave us a reasonable price and did the job to expectations!. Great to work with!

John came out to my house and listened to what I wanted done. He and his crew graded and resloped my land and got it ready for me to put in a retaining wall, fence, walkway, stairs and seed. I was more than happy with his work. It took him and his crew about 5 to 6 hours to do the work. I was so happy I had to post the before and after pictures on facebook. You'd never believe it was the same land. Thank you so much.

my project was smalLer than John usualy does but I told him I was having a hard time finding a vender. He went out of his way to accommodate me. I would recommend him. He's a good guy.

John was excellent! I am a real estate developer and work with contractors all the time. John was no nonsense and did exactly what he said he would do. Gave me a reasonable price and did the job the next day. Communication was great. I would definitely recommend and hire him again.

Very friendly guy, I hired John to re-grade the slope of my yard because it sloped too much towards the house causing leaking in the basement from the window well. He brought heavy equipment in to grade the yard away from the house, and in addition, installed a series of French drains around the perimeter of my backyard. I haven't had any water in my window wells since then! And the price was reasonable.

I hired John to excavate my backyard: remove trees, stumps, rocks and grade and bring in loam. Johns quote was on par with others that I met with. John was professional, honest, and did exactly what I asked. The work was completely quickly (with John communicating with me about the job daily) and I was thrilled with the results. I would recommend John to anyone needing excavation work.
