I have used Joe Ferrante for several years and he is a wealth of knowledge and very experienced. You can be sure that the job will be done correctly and that the construction methods will be solid. Price varies a lot, sometimes quite good, sometimes a little high, but usually worth it. Joe also is very responsive, answers phone calls and messages very quickly and is very efficient at getting the job done. Joe also has very good contacts with other contractors and has helped me find people to assist in other projects. Tends to have very set ideas about how things should be done, which has tempered some of my own crazy ideas. I do most of my own renovation work, but if there is something critical that I want done corrrectly, I will call Joe.
