"Had [member name removed] (really nice guy) not called I would have missed appointment altogether (scheduling error) and I did arrive 90 minutes late. I have always taught my children that while people can make mistakes, making excuses is wrong. I was late and have no excuse. I apologize to the [member name removed] for any inconvenience my late arrival may have caused. (did I mention that [member name removed] is a pilot for a major airline?...just saying)"

Rick provided exceptional service that eliminated odor and pet hairs from my living room carpets. I was impressed by his equipment that did a deep penetration of the carpet with chemical free applications - far superior to what I have experienced with carpet cleaning in the recent past. All stains were removed and the carpet looks like new! He also removed stains from my staircase carpets. Rick vacuumed all residue pet hair, etc. that resulted from the deep cleaning. I will definitely use Rick's service for carpet cleaning in the future and will recommend his service to others.

We are very happy. The carpet dried after maybe 6-8 hours. Some of the stains they got rid of came back which always seems to happen when I hire carpet cleaners. It did look good for a while which was consistent with our expectations.

It turned out fine. I was happy with it. I didn't have any issues. I believe the dry time was fairly quick, just a few hours. They had a special machine that didn't wet the carpet down completely.
