Quoted a price of $80 per hour, charged $150 per hour

Was not very reliable when job started, quoted a price of $80/hr, after job was completed presented a bill og $150/hr !!

"On 8/22/13, we repaired a leak in the plumbing for this customer at a cost of $ 85.00/hr with a total cost of $ 148.75. Two months later, customer contracted with us to provide structural repair to his pool and to install a new skimmer. The charge for this labor intensive project is $ 150.00/hour which was discussed and accepted prior to our beginning the work. It was completed as discussed and in a very timely manner. We do not overcharge, we keep appointments, and we always share our knowledge and expertise with customers. Reliability refers to showing up at an appointed time, and providing the service requested - we did both. It's unfortunate that this customer hired us to do the job if he believed that the charge was too high, but he did so, signing the contract with the hourly rate clearly delineated."
