AMK Property Maintence

I'm very pleased with the work that AMK did on our property. The owner, Tom, personally came to my house in May to walk around the property and give me an estimate to clean up the yard. He was very polite and personable. He said that it would be about two weeks before he could come and do the work, barring any bad weather. He gave me an initial estimate of $930.
The following week, I asked that Tom come back in order to show him some additional things that my husband wanted done in the yard. Tom was prompt in returning and walked the whole property again with me and my husband to make sure that he understood everything that we wanted done. Based on the additional work, our final estimate came in at $1100. Tom said that he would be on-site to do the work with two other people the following week.
The following week, it started to pour. I received a call from Tom's wife the morning the work was scheduled to be done indicating that they couldn't do the job in the rain and that they would have to reschedule. The weather didn't cooperate for several weeks forcing the job to be rescheduled a few times. Tom wasn't able to get to my property until July 2nd. He worked several days that holiday week to get the job done, coming back the following Monday to complete the last task of mulching.
There was only one drawback. Getting the crew to my yard to do the work took longer than I would have liked. It took 6 weeks to get on the schedule versus the initial commitment of 2 weeks. It also took them about 3 and a half days to complete the work versus the initial commitment of 1 day. The weather during that time frame was terrible and I felt that, on the nice days, regular customers who had signed up for lawn mowing services were the priority for the crew's time.   
Overall, though, I was very pleased. Tom did all the work that he committed to and came in at the price that he said he would.
