+ 1 moreCorey and his team did an excellent job. We had some other work done by another contractor but Corey’s work on the deck really made a big difference and put an exclamation point on the remodeling work. He has great design ideas, is fairly priced and gets the work done on time.

He also has a great attention to detail and ensures the project is perfect before claiming he is done. He is easy to work with and was able to make our ideas a reality. We have used him for several projects already and have him lined up for another. I highly recommend St. James Construction.

The work was done incredibly well, at a very good pace, and he always put all of my options on the table so that my wife and I could choose what was the best way for us to move forward. I highly recommend these guys for what ever your needs are!

+ 0 moreMy deck is perfect, exactly what I was looking for! The workmanship & quality is a 10+. Corey offers ideas you may not have thought of, explains different scenarios, product types, pros & cons, answers all questions you may have, extremely responsive and honest, does what he says he's going to do, and works with you on your schedule. I wouldn't even bother checking other contractors out. I'm now having my basement redone with no worries at all.

We always do our best to give you want you want but know the importance of working in a budget. All projects come with wide range of material choices and they all come at a cost so r high and some lower. The idea is to get you the most bang for your buck but stay conscientious of what budget you want to spend. As a general contractor I have a wide range of subcontractors I work with from excavators to licensed electricians and my friendly in house crew will support the project the whole way.
