SERVPRO of Merrimack

ServPro showed up on time and immediately got control of a chaotic situation.

company insisted on a $1500 deposit before they could begin work removing standing water in a bedroom. check was given, the job was done and equipment was removed on 3/9/11(two days after the work). from then on repeated phone calls never were satisfactorily answered. neither a bill nor a refund of my deposit. called at least once a week until 4/12/11 asking about cost of service and returned money from the deposit. then called every other day. on 4/21/11 still promised a refund check, but nothing in mail. finally said they will send a copy of the statement by email, tho still no bill. kept promising. almost 59 days have elapsed since service was begun. they have my $1500, i have a dry bedroom BUT they have not returned any money. now they say in a day or two. ii would not recommend this company. since then i have had to call servpro again and tried a new branch in lebanon nh. they did the job efficiently and did not ask for any outrageous deposit. they servrpo of lebanon is where to go. don't bother with servpro of merrimack (-or nashua-the same company) unless you want to be on their tail all the time.
