The work they did was great. Their business practice is very questionable. The day of the install, our agreement was changed and I was charged an extra $900, which was charged to my charge card without my permission. This company can not be trusted.

"Please take a look at the pictures that are provided on the HomeAdvisor App. I am sorry that this homeowner has not given us a higher rating?... We leveled and installed to the best of our ability. The homeowner did not have to ask us to remove and re-install a few tiles that had dried slightly off-center. We also refunded a substantial amount of money without the customer's request to do so. We believe we did an outstanding job here and the pictures prove it. Best regards to the homeowner and our future customers :)"
