I needed an updated plot plan of my property to give to my architect, who needed it to finalize the plans for our addition. We had discovered that the last minute that the plan filed for our house back in 1986 was completely different than our actual property layout, and I needed an updated plan as soon as possible. I contacted Meridian on 4/9 and got an estimate via email within a few hours. When I told them I needed the work done ASAP, they said they would get it done by 4/20 at the latest. They then contacted me and said they could fit me in on 4/12, and the plot plan and CAD drawings I requested were sent to me by email on 4/13. Very happy with the work they did and the timeliness of the work.
The cost was $850 for surveying, and an additional $200 to mark one of the borders of my property with rods, stakes and flags.
