It was quite a bit of work and money.  He is just one person.  He is very careful about what he does.  He does an excellent job at a reasonable price.  He is a fine painter and his carpentry is excellent.  He is very polite and a very nice person.  He is extremely neat too.  He gives out written estimates.  He calls if his schedule changes at all or if there is any delay.  It's a pleasure to have him in the house.  He is a young man with a family.  He just does a very fine job.  We are very pleased with him.  He really goes the extra mile.  We have recommended him to others as well.
