Prompt, nice guy, takes pride in his job. He didn't move all furniture ie. beds and sofa/loveseat large chairs But I am happy with his work in which the carpets look like new!

Fast response, very professional person, he did a good job BUT it has been my experience that steam cleaning is the way to go when u have many pet stains on carpets. Chem Dry just can't compare.

"The customer told us they had used steam cleaning before but wanted to try Chem-Dry, it was obvious to us that the pet stains had been in the carpet for a long time and were not removed by the previous steam cleaning company. Urine can discolor or bleach out the color. If it is a lot of urine from a large dog than the urine can saturate the under padding causing the odor to persist."

Customer service was great. I was renting and they had cheap carpet that is hard to clean and I just wish I had used a different type of cleaning process. Steaming seems to work a little better.
