We first met with the consultant (Noel), who discussed with us our options for window treatments; we selected several different types, which were ordered for us. We paid a deposit for the treatments at the time of ordering, then the balance on installation, which was handled very promptly and professionally once the treatments were received from the manufacturers. Overall a very good experience
