 + 4 moreFrom initial design planning and work scheduling the whole project has gone very smoothly and James has been very accomodating to work around our schedules and budget. He has taken great strides to make sure every aspect of the addition and renovations have kept within the look and design of our antique Greek Revival home. He has allowed us to break the project into sections so that we are able to complete portions as we can afford it. Our project has been spanning a year and we probably have another six months to completion but have been very happy with everything so far.
Description of Work: We have had the best experience working with the James O'Reilly Group on our varied and continuing project. To date he is in the process of completing the remodel of three exhisting rooms and an addition. He removed all the old plaster and layers of flooring in three exhising rooms, managed the installation of new electrical and plumbing, insulated and installed new wall board and plaster on all the walls and ceilings. He has framed in a weather tight 20 x 30 addition and is in the process of duplicating the extensive details of molding, trim work and columns to match the rest of the house.
