Very good - the technician explained all the steps he was doing. He was neat and did not drag dirt into the house - it was wet and muddy outside.

I am very particular and the quality of materials and workmanship were all better than I expected.  They completed their portion of the construction process in the time allowed.  They were very competitive on their bid.  I will definately use J & R's in the future for any service work that my be required in our home.

It was very nice. They fixed it right away and that was that.  He was only here about 30 minutes.  The cost was pretty well average.  He came the next day after I called.
