Lifetime Roofs & Construction

We didn't have access to the attic area and we could not see where the leak was coming from. We had to get access to this part of our roof so we could actually go up and see what was happening. Lifetime Roofs came out and went up into the attic and replaced some wood at the end of the valley and repaired the roof. They gave us a three month warranty. Towards the end of the three months we noticed we had another leak, not in the original area, but rather in another spot. This was a major leak, the ceiling was falling down and that's what brought my attention to the spot. We called them back out and they agreed that they hadn't seen that before. They sent someone out to do a leak test to determine if it's active because he is not convinced. Then about a week or two later someone shows up at my front door to work on the leak. I had no advanced calls that they were sending someone out and he didn't speak English well. I finally figured out they were from Lifetime Roofs and they went up into the attic and found a two inch tear.  So I assumed they fixed it or replaced it. Then we get the first hurricane in August and we had huge rains. We had a real mess after that. Obviously nothing was repaired, in fact, it was worse. I have water down my walls, bubbles in the ceiling and walls. This was all a result of their supposed repair, it was a new situation that they caused. I called them and no one returned my calls. I called the two people that we dealt with who signed the contract and they did not return my calls. I finally got through to the office and the assistant said we were on the list and someone would return our call. We waited three days and still no one called us back. So I called again and said we were still on the list but I can't tell you when someone will get back to you. We went out of town for a week and still no one returned our call. We actually went by their facility and no one was there. We waited until Monday and went by around 9:00 in the morning and found one of gentlemen we had talked with and he said his hands were tied and he couldn't do anything about it. That tells us that there are problems and they we are not going to guaranteed the work. We've got no calls or anything since. We sent them a certified letter and allowed five days and we have still not heard back from them. They caused more damage to our home and they are not responding in any way, shape or form to correcting something they admitted they caused. We paid them $1,600 which was what they quoted.
