Home Building
He promised to complete several issues in the house; after 1 year the items still were not completed other latent defects surfaced within 2-3 months after moving in. To date it has cost me $85000.00 to make the house right. I have presented this issue to court. After 3 ½ years and $ 51000.00 in legal fees, I am still awaiting a decision. TDH Homes boasts that he can build a home in 120 days. He fails to mention that it will only take about the same amount of time to fall apart.
