Mike and his team from Out on a Limb tree service did a fantastic job at my home in Aksarben. I recently purchased the home and found Mike's business, Out on a Limb. His team was professional, tidy and quick. Thank you to Out on a Limb for the great work! I would recommend and hire again any day!

Quick response to request for quote; professional opinion and honest answer with lead time required for pruning of two trees. Originally stated that he might be able to treat the pear tree that Friday; however, he didn't show up and didn't call to let me know that he was not coming. Placed 2 calls to him, and after leaving a message the first time, and reaching him the second time he did call back, and said that he would be able to treat the tree on the following Friday. He did come at the appointed time, and treated the tree as promised. I would have preferred a call back sooner, and a call when he was unable to be there at the original date/time promised. We will see what happens when the trimming is able to be scheduled. I understand it is still booked up for the next 4-6 weeks. I look forward to good service, and contact by phone before he comes to do the work.

The finished job was performed to my satisfaction. The time from bid to completed work was 6 weeks. Excellent job at cleaning up and removing the clippings. Price was between the lowest and highest bids. If you are flexible on time, this is a good contractor to use.

I cannot say enough about the fantastic work done at my home by Out On A Limb Tree Services. Mike was incredibly kind and fair on top of being extremely efficient, which was such a relief as a single, twenty-something new homeowner. I have referred him to all of my friends and family. 11/10 would recommend. Bravo!

The removal of a 50' pine tree went very, very well. Service was prompt, efficient and professional. The owner and his helper were very courteous and did an outstanding job including the stump grinding and cleanup. I would highly recommend!

From initial contact to the completion of the job, we were very happy with this company. The owner gave us the lowest bid out of 4 and ended up doing an exceptional job. He is a small business and can be very busy so give him a couple days to return calls or emails. He's definitely worth the wait. He and his employee showed up as scheduled and it took them just about 2 1/2 hours to remove two trees (an Aspen and crab apple tree) including clean-up. They are highly skilled, friendly and professional. Will use them again if needed.

The guys at out on a limb did fantastic job. Called back quickly on time for the quote, gave an honest appraisal of the tree. They removed the limb and cleaned up the yard. Coming back next week to treat the ash tree for emerald ash borer. I will be using them again in the fall I am sure to prune back any dead or damaged limbs. Very professional and prompt. Thanks

I hired Mike (certified arborist) and his crew to remove a large cottonwood (47 inch diameter trunk) and to grind the stump. I actually solicited quotes from five different tree removal firms and Out On A Limb was the low bid. Since they had a good review on Angie's List, I did not hesitate to accept their bid. Mike called me a couple days before he wanted to start and showed up on time. His crew was very hard working, professional, and safety minded. There was another tree very close to the tree that was removed and they did not damage a single branch on that tree. Stump grinding was completed the next morning and cleanup was satisfactory. I would definitely hire Out on a Limb again.

They did a great job. Tree area looks like it was never there. Trimmed trees look natural and much more beautiful. Seemed pricey, but worth it.

Services overall were very good. Rated the responsiveness a little low due to when I initially contacted them. It took close to two months to get on their calendar to get the work done. I`m sure they were busy with other projects. This is just from my perspective in that I would have lliked it be completed sooner. The work that was done was excellent. Price for removal was comparable to other services.

Mike called me on Monday, stopped by Tuesday with by far the best quote and did the work right then. Very impressed. I have scheduled to have Out on a Limb remove the tree and grind the stump. Glad I called them!

I requested an estimate along with 2 others.  They were the only ones to respond within one day and came out the next day to give me an estimate.  Gave me a good price (verifed after others turned in) and a timeline estimate.  Estimated date for work was 30 + days as they said up front they were very busy.  Ended up happening at around 40 days.  Same guys showed up and knocked it out in 2 days.  They allowed me to go tree by tree on the trimming and make sure I was happy with each one before moving on to the next one.  Cleaned up everything except the sawdust.  Awesome guys to work with.  Will use again if needed.  Highly recommended.

The bid was reasonable, especially compared with some others we've received.
The owners communicate well; let us know that it would be several weeks before they could get to us; called when they were able to come; showed up when they said they would.
We've used them before and they will continue to be our go to tree care persons. Extremely responsive and responsible.

Out on a limb did a great job and cleaned up. I have used them before and have been very happy with their work. I will definitely use them again.
