Mark is very friendly, and very good at what he does, he goes above and beyond to get the job done right.

Mark is one of the best people I have ever hired to do anything, he comes right away, the prices is very fair and he completes the work fast, no nonsense and he's friendly as well.

Matt was friendly and helpful. He did the job and checked everything else out on both doors and openers. Fixed a couple of smaller issues that should prevent another service call. Called him Saturday morning and he was here 3 hours later to do the job.

When he found out her situation he was able to squeeze her in and put in extra work to get an old door in working condition and didn't try to sell her something else.

Called him Tuesday night at 6:00, he was at the house at 12:15 the next day and done in less than an hour. Very reasonably priced and did extra maintenance on the other garage door.

Words can hardly describe how grateful we are to Mark Matthews for what he did for us.  We tried opening our garage door on a Saturday and discovered that something had slipped, which caused it to stick while it was raised by about a foot.  I tried to repair the door but discovered that whatever was wrong was deeply wrong, with bent metal track, etc.  I was panicked a bit because the door opens out onto a back alley in an area vulnerable to theft (We've left our garage door open by accident 5x and had stuff stolen from it 3x!).  I was sure that no one would come out on a Saturday, especially to replace a garage door (I figured it was beyond hope of fixing) so I tried to fix the door and made it ten times worse.  So we basically barricaded the door as best we could and I used Angie's List to find a garage door company.  Thank goodness we found Mark Matthews.  He answered right away and was at our house within a couple of hours.  Amazingly, he fixed our garage door to be good as new using no small number of spare parts from his van.  I was dumbfounded.  He could have easily taken advantage of us by selling us a new garage door, but he didn't.  
It's obvious that Mark Matthews loves his work.  He's super friendly and good natured.  And considering the amount of time he put into our garage door - on a Saturday - and all the parts, we are all-too-happy to pay a bill $400 when we were convinced we had a $1500 job on our hands.
I would not hesitate to use him again.  In fact, we have posted his phone number in our garage so we'll have it ready the next time something goes wrong.

I called Mark on Monday and I was very grateful he was able to come by on the same day.  We scheduled for 10AM and he arrived on time.  My garage door opener is very old and I thought it would need to be replaced.  Mark stated that it was repairable and I was very impressed.  I have a 2 car garage and I had replaced the other garage door opener a few years ago.  Mark is very honest.  He could have said that it needed to be replaced, which I would not have know the difference.  Mark did a terrific job.  My garage door opens and closes so smoothly now.  He went above and beyond expectation.  He is now my go to guy and I will definitely call him again. 

What a nice man! He arrived on time, looked at what needed to be done and gave us a price before starting the work. He did a great job, did more than we asked, and all for less than we expected and less than what he quoted us to begin with. He did all that with three of our kids peppering him with questions and watching every move. What a trooper! It was a real pleasure and now I have a 'garage door guy'.

Couldn't ask for better service & price. He was great & wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

My garage door broke at 8:00 am and by 10:00 am Mark had it fixed.  I called and he came over right away and it took him about 30 minutes to get it fixed.  He also checked over the door mechanism to make sure it was in good shape.
He fixed a spring on our garage door a few years ago and he was equally prompt and professional at that time.
Both times the door was fixed quickly and right without any problems.
I will always call him when I need help with my garage door.

Yesterday one of the springs on our garage door broke. This morning I called Mark and he called me back right away. He was here at 12:30pm and replaced both springs in my garage door in about an hour. He also gave the door a general check up and tightened some bolts that were loose. Very responsive and very professional guy. I would recommend him to my neighbors.

I have been using Mark to do a lot of things around my house. When he was out doing my deck door he noticed the garage door was not working right. He played around with it for a few minutes and found out what the problem was and came and told us. When my husband and I decided to do something about it we called him, and he did an excellent job and installed hi-tech equipment at a very good price. What I like most is that he will go the extra mile to make sure things are right.
