Scott's siding estimate was lower than our other estimates. He was patient as he listened to our concerns and questions about our house. He was very knowledgeable about many aspects of building. His final bill was the same as the estimate. He did not go over it. We love our new siding. It has transformed the house.
We also decided to get a new roof and Scott oversaw all aspects of the roof repair including working with our insurance company so that we could receive payment for hail damage to the roof. He even helped us pick out the best roof color to go with the siding. The roof cost $6470. We were pleased with that price.
In addition to the two major jobs, siding and roofing, Scott made several other improvements to our house, including deck repair. Each time we talked about another job he provided a prompt estimate and explanation of the job and always followed with a detailed receipt when the job was completed.
Scott was very professional but also very approachable. He took the time to answer all of our questions. He came every day and did not leave our job to work somewhere else now and then. He stayed until all aspects of the job were finished. We have every confidence in Scott and will definitely turn to him again for any future work on our home.
