Ramerez Doors and Construction

Thomas and David Ramerez where hired to do a basement finish of drywall and texture.  We provided them 2/3 payment upfront with expectation all work would be completed in 30 days.  At 30 day mark basement still needed drywall mudding and texture spraying done.  They were very unprofessional with no communication on progress and would leave early every night for daily appointments to touch base on status.  After 45 days they asked for final payment when basement not complete and no work to drywall was started.  They finally never turned to complete work so we overpaid for services provided.  Had to hire new construction team to come finish siding and repair basement.
Issues:  Drywall textures not complete.    New window framing not completed.  Siding never started.   Railing never started.  Found  junction boxes dry walled over and finished.
