Excellent experience. Titus is reliable, straight forward, and very talented. He came to my house and gave me a quote the first day I phoned him. He gave me a choice of having him start right away or waiting until he completed his next project. He came each day, weather permitting. The garage looks great and was reasonably priced. I will definitely use him again.

It was a quick job. It only took him a day! He pulled the garage up straight and replaced rotted wood as well as putting up wood walls inside to help make it sturdy. Solid work and fast!

He had to order special wood slats to match to original wood of the porch which was 90 years old. He designed steps to match the architecture of the house and gave them a larger look. The job was quick, only one day and he was able to match the new railing to the old. Great job!

He showed up every day to do whatever work could be done and let me know what was next. He kept everything clean, or as clean as you can be with a gutted kitchen. Because we were not sure of what could be behind 95 year old walls he let me know the original design plans might have to change. As luck would have it we found a big empty space behind the old cupboard and we were able to add more counter space! He came up with a great plan to use a weird nook by adding glass display shelves and some lighting. It took about a month because we had to wait on hardware I special ordered and getting the right match between the counter granite and floor tiles which we had to change because the colors didn't match like they did in the catalog. He always let us know if he thought something didn't look right and always had alternatives in varying price ranges. He is a perfectionist which is exactly what you want in a Contractor.

Titus has done everything on our house over the years from roofing our house to completely remodeling our kitchen. He even does things without being asked like fixing our chimney while roofing our house and hand making special trim for our kitchen. He even figured out how to fix our garage roof for less money because we had a plumbing problem that cost us the money we would have spent on the roof. He isn't always organized but he is a perfectionist and can do anything. He is worth his weight in gold!
