We were quite pleased with the process, application, and overall work when job was completed in October of 2013. We were happy to "show off" our improvement to visitors. About a year later, we noticed a chip that had developed and reached out to the contractor. Dave had some health issues at the time and we left it that when he was better that he could(and he agreed) repair the chips. We have been unable to reach either him or his son Brian since(they both were involved in the project). Since then, we have developed more chips...I think 5 at this time. I would conservatively say that we have tried to reach either Dave or Brian, and have left messages, at least a dozen times since and have not had even so much as a return phone call. The chips are not big, the largest being maybe 2-4 inches and others about 1-2 inches in size. We are concerned that the chips may enlarge in size and that we may continue to experience more. We are extremely disappointed in the lack of follow-up and unresponsiveness. I would not be able to recommend this company to anyone.
