Bousquet's A-Team Heating & Cooling has been repairing and installing residential &commercial heating and air conditioner systems in the tri-state region for over 30 years, and over those years we've earned the respect of our customers by providing excellent equipment, expert installation and responsive service after the sale. Our team is fully trained as service technicians, installers, and refrigeration technicians. We know that home and business owners want a comfortable environment and that is our mission. From residential heating, air conditioning, and indoor air quality systems, to repair and replacement of commercial systems, we carefully analyze your needs for installation and maintenance and provide solutions to make your home or business environment the best it can be. When they got to my Dad's to look at the heater, the older guy seemed rather agitated that we bothered him. (I think just because he was going to have to do it for free). Anyway they looked the water heater over and discovered that there was a pipe that was leaking over head (and when we flushed the toilet that is when it would leak) The drepping made the pilot light go out on the heater.. The younger guy was nice and was trying to light the heater for my Dad. But the older guy kept telling him to forget it, it is never going to light. Right after he said that the kid got it lit. The older guy just seemed very rude. I did not like him at all. I don't know if he was having a bad day or what. ( I think he is probably the boss and he just didn't want to do anything without getting paid.) Anyway the older guy told us to call roto rooter or speedy rooter because it was a plugged pipe. Didn't make a lot of sense because everything was working OK . Toilet flushed just fine. Anyway after they left I called my brother and he said he would look at it. He said it sounded like the wax seal on the toilet to him. So he changed that and it fixed the problem. Anyway a week passed and my Dad gets a bill from these guys. $75.00 for a service call and $7.00 for misc charge and 49cents tax. Ridiculous!! $75 for the 10 maybe 15 minutes tops that he was there and he was so rude. My Dad doesn't have that kind of money. He is on a fixed income. He already overpaid them for the installation the first time.(around $800.00) Which if he would of told my brother he would have put the heater in for him no charge the first time.. We called them, but they would not work with us at all about it. I think they are rude and just out to make a buck without regard for the person that is paying them. Very unhappy with them , Never ever going back.
