We had a water issue upstairs with water dripping downstairs onto the circuit board for the alarm. We had been monitored by another company which was not local. I found Mark Electronics, a local company and gave them a call. Nick was prompt, professional, and took care of the new equipment needed and then walked us through everything. Now we have an up to date system with a local company to service us, if necessary. Everything is on an App! We are so happy. Nick was fantastic...I even gave him fresh baked cookies! We will refer Mark Electronics to anyone needing this type of service.
